Equipment

  • 1 mason jar
  • 1 pour spout lid

Ingredients
  

  • cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions
 

  • Measure and pour all of the ingredients into a quart size mason jar.
  • Secure lid on tightly and shake the creamer to combine all of the ingredients.

Storage

  • Keep the coffee creamer in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use it within the best-by date on your heavy cream and milk. Shake before serving.

Freezing

  • Freeze your coffee creamer in individual servings by pouring the coffee creamer into an ice cube tray or silicone mold. Place into the freezer for a few hours until solid and then pop out the cubes of frozen coffee creamer and place into a plastic freezer bag, squeezing to remove as much air as possible. Once thaw, use within two days.
