Easy chocolate chip cookie dough bites are a delicious no-bake treat made with an almond flour base filled with chocolate chips and naturally sweetened with honey.

Ingredients
200gblanched almond flour2 cups
113ghoney⅓ cup
34gunsalted butter⅓ cup
1 tsp vanilla extract
90gmini chocolate chips½ cup
flaky sea salt (I use Maldon sea salt flakes)
Instructions
Melt 34 g ( ⅓ cup) unsalted butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 113 g (⅓ cup) honey in a large bowl, and stir to combine.
Fold 200g (2 cups) almond flour into the wet ingredients, combining thoroughly.
Fold in 90 g ( ½ cup) chocolate chips.
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop and roll the cookie dough into balls and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle a flaky sea salt over the tops and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or until they're firm.
Store
Place the cookie dough balls in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator. If you're not going to enjoy it within 5 days, place the little bites into a freezer-safe bag and freezer for up to 1 month.
